1. Scope of Services
ABSVISA provides professional assistance related to:
- Indonesia visa applications and extensions
- KITAS, KITAP, and residency permits
- Company establishment (PT PMA, Local PT, Representative Office)
- Business licensing, OSS, and legal compliance
- Trademark, tax ID, and supporting legal documentation
All services are administrative and consulting in nature and are subject to Indonesian laws and government authority decisions.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
ABSVISA assists in preparing and submitting applications; however:
- Final approval or rejection is determined solely by
Indonesian Immigration or relevant government authorities. - Processing time may vary beyond our control.
- Providing false or incomplete documents may cause rejection or delay.
Therefore, ABSVISA does not guarantee visa or permit approval.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Submit required documents on time
- Follow Indonesian immigration and legal regulations
- Respond promptly to clarification requests
ABSVISA is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by:
- incorrect or missing documents
- past immigration violations
- government policy changes
- client inaction or late submission
4. Fees, Payments & Government Charges
Service fees may include:
- Professional consultation and processing fees
- Government immigration or licensing fees
- Third-party administrative costs
Key conditions:
- Fees must be paid as agreed before processing begins.
- Government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
- Prices may change following government regulation updates.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on service stage:
Non-Refundable
- Government fees already paid
- Work already completed or documents submitted
- Visa rejection due to client eligibility or documents
Partial Refund Possible
- Service cancelled before document submission
- Administrative deduction may apply
No Refund
- Client changes mind after processing starts
- Client violates immigration law or provides false data
Refund decisions remain at ABSVISA’s professional discretion.
6. Processing Time Disclaimer
Estimated processing times are guidelines only.
ABSVISA is not liable for delays caused by:
- immigration system issues
- government holidays or closures
- policy or regulation changes
- additional document requests from authorities
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ABSVISA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel loss, business interruption, or missed opportunities.
- Total liability is limited to the amount of professional service fees paid to ABSVISA (excluding government fees).
8. Use of Website
Users agree not to:
